A salt cave is a space designed to mimic the natural microclimate of salt mines. Halotherapy is based on inhaling fine salt particles, which can have a beneficial effect on the respiratory system, help alleviate symptoms of colds, allergies, and other respiratory conditions, and contribute to overall well-being and relaxation. A visit to the salt cave is therefore an excellent choice for anyone seeking natural support for their immune system.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
How does salt therapy work?
The key element is dry air filled with fine sodium chloride particles (0.5-10 microns). By inhaling these tiny salt aerosol particles, they reach the smallest parts of the bronchi in the lungs, as well as other parts of the respiratory system, including the sinuses and nasal cavity. The therapy has an antibacterial effect, thins mucus, helps clear the airways, supports a healthy immune system, and stimulates the lymphatic system, aiding the body in detoxification.
Why do I need salt therapy?
Salt therapy is an excellent choice if you want to support your respiratory system naturally, strengthen your immune system, and relax at the same time. It is recommended for colds, seasonal allergies, and other respiratory conditions such as sinusitis, rhinitis, asthma, and bronchitis. Inhaling fine salt particles can help alleviate respiratory issues, promote the cleansing of the airways, and contribute to a better sense of well-being. At the same time, it has a calming effect, reduces stress, and allows for complete relaxation.
How many times to visit the salt cave?
**Salt therapy** or **halotherapy** is typically recommended in a series of multiple sessions, depending on the individual's specific health needs. Generally, we suggest visiting the salt cave 1 to 2 times per week, with at least two days between sessions.
