WHAT IS HALOTERAPY?
The salt cave is an artificially created chamber in which we reproduce the microclimate of salt mines, in which lung patients were sometimes treated.
The main ingredient is dry air, saturated with fine particles (0.5-10 microns) of sodium chloride - salt.
By inhaling the fine microparticles of the salt aerosol, these will be transferred to the smallest parts of the lungs, as well as to other parts of the airways, sinuses and nasal cavity. Salt particles act as an antibacterial agent, ionizing the air and filling it with minerals and trace elements valuable to our health. These dilute the mucus and help to remove it from the airways, sinuses and ears, restore the mucosa and take care of the establishment of a healthy immune system.
